On 12 August 2025, Axel Public School celebrated National Librarians’ Day, paying tribute to the legendary Dr. S.R. Ranganathan, the “Father of Library Science in India.”
The day began with a lamp-lighting ceremony and a heartfelt remembrance of his remarkable contributions to the world of libraries and knowledge. This was followed by engaging library activities where students explored books, shared their thoughts, and expressed their love for reading in creative ways.
